With the Calgary International Film Festival (CIFF) kicking off on September 21 with a wide selection of local and international films coming to the City of Calgary.
A panel in partnership with Creatives Empowered an organization dedicated to exploring and encourage new and diverse ways of creating works that are inherently non-colonial.
This will be shown by the panel with three Alberta First Nation comedians; Cherish Violet Blood from the Blood Tribe, Telly James of Siksika, and Cody Lighting of Samson Cree Nation Maskwachis.
These three hilarious friends will be hosting the panel “The Power of Humour and Storytelling” at 4:45 p.m at CAMEO in the Eau Claire Market, Calgary Alberta.
