Calgary Police are investigating a rollover crash involving a stolen Chevy Uplander which caused the southbound lanes of Deerfoot Trail at Stoney Trail S.E.to close overnight.
Emergency crews responded to a call regarding the rollover around 1 a.m.
According to CPS the male driver of the Uplander was taken to hospital in critical condition.
Police released no information on any charges against the driver.
The city says the incident closed Deerfoot Trail as well as the ramp from eastbound Stoney Trail.
CPS confirmed Southbound Deerfoot at Stoney Trail re-opened this morning, on a social media post.
