Construction season gets underway with the warm weather and could provide some challenges to Medicine Hat Driver’s.
Projects begin on two major roadways starting today.
Work begins on replacing aging water and sewer mains on Altawana Drive is closed from Parkview Drive Northeast to the intersection to Seventh Street North.
Paving crews will be working on Altawana Hill, and a detour will take motorists up Parkview Drive to 12th Street Northeast.
Road construction also begins on Dunmore Road, from Southview Drive to Spencer Street.
The Kin Coulee dip will see Alberta transportation work on storm water systems starting today. There will with single lane traffic restrictions in both directions.
