The Town of Strathmore will be holding National Indigenous Peoples Day Celebrations on June 21st

The Town of Strathmore will be holding National Indigenous Peoples Day Celebrations on June 21^st.

The inclusive event is set for 2 to 4pm at the Amphitheatre in Kinsmen Park.

The festivities will honor the culture and heritage of Indigenous people in the town of Strathmore.

Residents can take in an Indigenous Market, Pow Wow Demonstration, Tipi teachings, performances, a hand drum contest and much more.

The Indigenous vendor market will be set up simultaneously at the farmers Market.
