Firefighters had a busy morning on Lethbridge’s south side, responding to two separate fires early today.
The first call came in just after 3 a.m. for a shed fire in the 300 block of 23 Street South. The flames quickly spread to a nearby fence and a small utility trailer before crews were able to bring it under control.
About an hour later, firefighters were dispatched to a garage fire in the 600 block of 15 Street South. The blaze was swiftly contained, with no significant damage reported.
At this time, authorities have not confirmed whether the two fires are connected. Both incidents are under investigation.
