The Elders in Residence program shone brightly at the Dhillon School of Business’s annual scholarship dinner, celebrating 40 years of Indigenous business education. The event, filled with Indigenous art, dance, and music, raised over one hundred ten thousand dollars for the new Kas’sin Noo nii’ ksi Scholarship, which will support Indigenous students at the University of Lethbridge.
The scholarship not only provides funding to students in need but also funds the Elders in Residence program, started in 2008, which has been key in providing Indigenous guidance and support to students.
