June is Men’s Mental Health Month—a time to raise awareness, break the stigma, and encourage open conversations about mental well-being among men. Mental health affects everyone, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Let’s support one another, listen without judgment, and remind all men that it’s okay to not be okay—and even more okay to ask for help.
We had the chance to speak with Zak H from MenTell Health about his experiences with his own mental health, the stigma’s around men’s mental health and resources men can get in Alberta and across Canada.
