Join guys across Canada talking about the tough stuff this month

This month is Men’s Mental Health Month.  And 1 in 3, or 50%, of Canadian men are at risk of social isolation.  High stress and negative feelings are extra challenging when not having someone to talk to, and we are all stronger together.

Che Burnett from Counselling Alberta and the Calgary Counselling Centre, shares how to help the men in your life simply by being there with them:

We all need a friend to talk to and lean on now and again, it’s not about being strong or stoic, it is about building a strong community together.
