The annual Coldest Night of the Year event is back and features a family-friendly 2- or 5-km walk to support local charities that serve individuals experiencing hunger and homelessness.
Jen Taylor, National Director for the event, tells CJWE that this year they have 222 participating locations.
Some of the participating locations in the Edmonton and Calgary areas include the Calgary Oxford House, Wood Homes Calgary, the Mustard Seed in Edmonton and Calgary, the Bissell Centre in Edmonton, and many more.
