Calgary’s annual Franco Winter Fest will be held on March 13 and 14 at the Confluence. The event celebrates francophone cultural traditions, including maple on a stick and francophone music.

Marie-Thérèse Nickel, the Chair Organizer for Winter Fest, tells CJWE that it is a wonderful opportunity for the francophone communities to come together.

Thérèse Nickel also explained that the galala will be held at the Burnswest Theatre, and the events on Saturday will continue until 4:30 p.m. at the Confluence.
