Strathmore will be hosting it’s Womens Day Conference on Saturday, March 28, at the Hope Community Covenant Church from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The conference will focus on self-care, wellness, and empowerment for women.
Crystal Gaudet, a member of the planning committee for the conference, tells CJWE that the keynote speaker, Dr. Shafeena Premji, will discuss topics such as menopause and pelvic health.
Gaudet expressed that the goal of the conference is to create an uplifting and positive environment for local women.
