Chiniki Group-back Infinity Health, Canada’s largest First Nations-owned provider of rehabilitation services, marked the grand opening of its newest integrated care clinic in Calgary on October 1st, 2025.
This is a one-stop center for whole-person care aiming to deliver culturally informed, trauma-aware services and expand access to health support for Indigenous and marginalized communities.
The new facility combines clinical expertise with community-based practices to support healing, independence, and meaningful recovery after injury or illness. Services offered include family medicine, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, kinesiology, vocational rehabilitation, respiratory therapy, audiology, and licensed practical nursing. The organization also collaborates closely with Elders, public health authorities and receives referrals from the Stoney Nakoda Nation.
A majority-owned company of the Chiniki Group of Companies (CGC), Infinity Health reinvests its profits to fund free services for First Nations, marginalized populations, and women’s health and addictions services across Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario. The organization’s model reflects a strong commitment to reconciliation, community healing, and self-determination.
Infinity Health is also offers and will be expanding its outreach through several initiatives, including school-based assessments, after-school activities with personal training and tutoring, the QuickStart youth employment program, and a centralized online resource hub tailored to First Nations needs. An Anti-Human Trafficking Program designed with cultural safety at its core is also in development.
This Calgary location represents a major step forward in Infinity Health’s mission to improve health equity and provide care that is both inclusive and culturally grounded.
