Happy Halloween!!! 👻
We’ve been swapping spooky stories around the studio and let’s just say, some of our friends over at our sister station CFWE and a few brave listeners have definitely experienced things that go bump in the night or their family memebers did.
From eerie encounters on lonely highways to unexplained tv’s turning on and off, to haunting voices in audio recordings – these stories may make you sleep with the lights on and checking over your shoulder before bedtime.
Grab a cozy blanket, turn down the lights, and dive into these real-life ghost stories shared by the voices you know and the listeners who swear they’ve seen something they can’t quite explain…

“I saw a ghost in a window pane. There was a hotel in Watertown park called the Kilmorey Lodge before it burnt to ground was said to be haunted, well it was. Was staying on the second floor and looking out toward the lake all of a sudden a woman’s face appeared in the bottom left pane. At first, I stood up to see if it was a reflection from other room, but their window was closed and only thing was people standing in parking lot away from the building sat down again and then her image moved across the bottom of the window panes and disappeared. Her face was very visible. Wasn’t scared. Other instances have been woken up by spirits standing beside my bed. Another time took a picture in house and when the picture was developed there was picture of spirit in it very clear of a person. Can’t say over radio as working.”
This one is from Tammy:
“When I was born, my birth father made me a windup music box from an old margarine tub and a ceramic figurine. He passed when I was 3 years old. I’m in my 50’s now, once in a blue moon that music box plays a few notes on its own to tell me he’s around and still watching over me . “
