Calgary’s Confluence Unveils New Multi-Week Winter Festival

A new winter festival in Calgary, called the East End Cold Spell, will take place from February 4 to February 22. This multi-week event is organized by the Confluence Historic Site and Parkland and includes three distinct activities.

 

 

Jennifer Thompson, President of the Historic Confluence Site, tells CJWE that the festival will begin with a vintage night market.

 

The festival will also feature the annual Block Heater event, along with a free family event scheduled for February 7.

 

A music festival is set to occur on February 14 and 15, and the event will conclude on February 21 and 22 with SkijorDue.
