The Airdrie Snow Angels Program, operated by Volunteer Airdrie, assists low-income seniors and individuals with disabilities during the winter who are unable to shovel their walkways.

Naomi Slipp, the Executive Director of Volunteer Airdrie, tells CJWE that 35 seniors are currently enrolled in the program, with approximately 18 of them regular participants.

Slipp emphasized the importance of continuing the program in Airdrie, as it serves as a valuable way to support community members in need.
