The 2026 Jayman Built MS Walk is scheduled for Sunday, May 31, and will take place in various locations across Alberta, including Medicine Hat. This annual fundraising event is organized in Canada to ensure that individuals affected by MS receive quality support and resources in their communities. In Medicine Hat, the walk will start at Strathcona Island Park, located at 210 5 Street SE.
Beth Patton Collier, the coordinator for the Medicine Hat walk, informed CJWE that there will be more than 50 walks across the country.
Patton Collier encourages anyone interested in participating to register online, although same-day registration will also be available.
