Eight Alberta eateries have earned a spot on OpenTable’s latest ranking of the top hotel restaurants across Canada, with Banff and Lake Louise leading the way.
The list, released by the popular online reservation platform, is based on more than one million verified diner reviews collected nationwide between May 31, 2025, and April 30, 2026.
Ontario led the national ranking with 24 restaurants, followed by British Columbia with 12, Alberta with eight, Quebec with five, and one in Atlantic Canada.
Alberta restaurants featured on the list include:
- The Keg Steakhouse + Bar at The Westin Calgary (Calgary)
- 1888 Chop House at the Fairmont Banff Springs (Banff)
- Castello Italiana at the Fairmont Banff Springs (Banff)
- Rundle Bar at the Fairmont Banff Springs (Banff)
- Waldhaus at the Fairmont Banff Springs (Banff)
- Fairview Bar and Restaurant at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise (Lake Louise)
- Lakeview Lounge at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise (Lake Louise)
- Post Hotel Dining Room at the Post Hotel and Spa (Lake Louise)
