The Calgary Flames will open the 2026-27 NHL regular season at home on Thursday, October 1, when they host the Seattle Kraken at the Saddledome.
With the league expanding to an 84-game schedule, the Flames will play each Pacific Division opponent four times — including two home games against all seven divisional rivals.
They will face Central Division teams three times each and Eastern Conference clubs twice per season.
The Battle of Alberta will feature four heated matchups against the Edmonton Oilers: home dates on March 3 and March 23, and road games on October 28 and April 5.
The Flames’ final regular-season game to be held at the Saddledome is set for April 10 against the Vancouver Canucks, with puck drop scheduled for 8 p.m. MST.
It will mark the last NHL game at the iconic venue before the team moves into its new event centre for the 2027-28 season.
