It will help to clarify roles and expectations related to public infrastructure within Siksika Nation. The key objectives of the policy are to ensure access to basic infrastructure services, deliver services, and extend the life of infrastructure on the Nation.

The Land Use Policy Agreement

It includes framework for ensuring transparency in the administration and management of the land, provides applicants with clear rationale and criteria for decisions made for the land and establishes a consistent interpretation for land use requests.
