According to an announcement from the town, due to the implementation of a new financial software system, homeowners and residents will have their July and August utility bills delayed.
In response, the town has extended the payment deadline to October 20th, as residents can expect to see their bills by October 2nd. This comes as the town is working on launching a new self-serve portal, which will give High River residents access to their property tax, utility and account information.
The pre-existing system, Citizen Self Service, has been permanently retired, with the last day of access being August 10th. During this transition, tax certificates can be ordered by calling 403-652-2110. Cemetery records can be found through Find a Grave, and as of now, there is no set date for the release of their new software system.
