Indigenous Days at Banff Sunshine Village

Join Banff Lake Louise Tourism and learn more about Tsuut’ina culture through Tipi demonstrations, traditional dances, arts and crafts workshops, and storytelling sessions.

Brown Bear Events will be on hand throughout the village to share the rich history and traditions of the land.

At Banff Sunshine Village, we respectfully acknowledge that Banff National Park is situated within the traditional and ancestral territory of the Stoney Nakoda First Nation, Tsuut'ina Nation, and the Blackfoot Confederacy: Kainai, Piikani, and Siksika.

Indigenous Days activities are free after admission of valid gondola pass and takes place during hours of operation.
