Calgary Police are asking for assistance from the public to locate a teen missing from the northeast community of Castleridge.

Mariah Ganal, 15, of Calgary, was last heard from on Sunday, October 8, 2023.

It is believed that she was in the downtown area at that time.

Mariah Ganal is described as 4’ 10” tall, weighing approximately 92 pounds, with a slim build, brown eyes, and black hair with blond streaks in the back.

She was last seen wearing a light-grey hoodie with a pink T-shirt, dark-grey tights and fuzzy, light-grey pajama pants.

It is out of character for Mariah to be out of contact with family for this long.

There is nothing that indicates foul play, but family and police are concerned for her well-being.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Mariah is asked to contact police by calling 403-266-1234.

Tips can also be submitted anonymously to Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-8477
