The new sale at the South Country Co-op locations will move forward at retail stores across southeast Alberta despite issues that linger after a cybersecurity incident.
If customers have challenges accessing the sale flyer in the Co-op App, the flyer can be picked up in-person.
Co-op locations across western Canada — including both cardlock gas stations and retail storefronts were impacted by the incident last week.
Federated Co-operatives Limited, disclosed that Co-op was “making significant progress in restoring some operations”.
Reopening cardlock stations is a priority, according to Co-op, the stations, used by large vehicles such as transport trucks, were widely impacted by the cybersecurity incident.
Co-op retail gas bars have been largely unaffected, and customers can still utilize those stations.
