Chevy Beaulieu

Chevy Beaulieu sings songs about living, loving and having fun. The son of a 3-time Canadian Fiddle Champion, Chevy never had shortage of music growing up. He has been playing and writing music since he was 15 years old, it wasn’t until the summer of 2012 that he decided to take music more seriously when his family band had the chance to open for fellow Canadian Country artist Shane Yellowbird. Unlike his grandfather to his father, Chevy was never forced to play, his father wanted him to come to love music on his own but helped when asked. His mother loves Merle Haggard so much that he says, “The Hag was the best babysitter I’ve ever had” on the count of how much she played his music around him as a child. His mother’s love for “The Hag”, the constant playing of his music and the twang of a tele sparked Chevy’s love for country music.

He is a new country artist that was raised on ‘The Hag’ and Outlaw Country Music. New school artist with them old school roots. “I want to show the younger artists and musicians that they don’t have to fit in. That you don’t have to be scared of showing off your talents and if you don’t fit the mold, break the damn mold because there’s only one you. Be proud of who you are and what you come from.
