Cochrane RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a driver involved in a hit-and-run that occurred on January 8.
The suspected driver collided with a parked vehicle, causing property damage, and left the area before providing information to the victim. Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the driver who left the scene.
In CCTV footage obtained by RCMP, the suspected driver is described as being a light-skinned male between 70 and 85 years of age who was seen wearing a grey zip-up jacket, blue shirt, khaki shorts, and slip-on shoes carrying a black shoulder bag and believed to be driving a Burgundy Ford F350 Powerstroke (see photo below).
