Three days of exciting rodeo action are headed to High River Agricultural Society on June 19th to June 21st. The Guy Weadick Rodeo is set to kick off and features a weekend of Pro Rodeo action.
Attendees can expect to see a variety of events. Vendors will be on-site offering food and merch, and the Guy Weadick Rodeo is family friendly, with attractions like a petting zoo, bounce house and more.
We spoke with Liz Ellwood, the event coordinator for the High River AG Society, and asked her about what people can expect at this years rodeo.
CJWE also talked to Liz about what’s different this year compared to last for families AND adults.
One of the events, “Are You Tough Enough to Wear Pink” is turning some heads, and we asked Liz about some of the details.
Tickets are set to go on sale soon, and lot’s of sponsorship opportunities are still available. Gates open at 5pm on Friday and Saturday, 1pm on Sunday in High River.
