Summer marks the annual return of Lethbridge’s 2026 Foodie Fest, which promises to be more than simply a collection of the same old food trucks. On every last Tuesday of these summer months, (May, June, July, August), the Galt Gardens downtown will be transformed.
Live music will accompany the events in festival Square, and attendees can try out 13 different food trucks.
We sat down with Emily Chong, Marketing & Communications Manager for Downtown Lethbridge BRZ, and asked about what makes Foodie Fest uniquely Lethbridge.
