The 2026 Alberta Summer Games come to Strathcona County for July 16-19, bringing together thousands of athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers from across Alberta. The multi-sport event highlights the province’s top young athletes while celebrating community spirit and competition.
John Dance, Board Chair for the Strathcona County Alberta Summer Games spoke with CJWE, saying the event will be welcoming over 2,000 athletes, coaches and officials from across Alberta for the silver anniversary of the Alberta Summer Games.
