Calgary-based award-winning artist Brandi Caroline is stepping into an exciting new chapter with the release of her debut solo album, Living Room!
The 10-track Americana and alt-country record takes listeners through a personal journey of heartbreak, growth, and finding freedom.
Six years in the making, the album showcases Brandi’s evolution as a songwriter and her decision to share her own story in her own voice. With songs ranging from the sassy “There’ll Be Trouble” to “Prairie Queen,” featuring Jade Turner, there’s plenty to dig into.
CJWE caught up with Brandi to chat about the new album, embracing this next chapter, and celebrating with a hometown show at Sweet Loretta’s in Calgary on November 19:
