Calgary police are working to track down a driver in a hit-and-run that injured a mother and her child in the southeast.
At about 7:09 a.m., police say a woman and a child were hit while crossing the road at 76 Avenue and Ogden Road S.E.
The victims suffered minor injuries.
Police say the vehicle, described by witnesses as a dark-coloured truck, left the scene.
Witnesses also told investigators there was a passenger in the truck at the time of the incident.
No suspect or vehicle description is available.
CPS say the investigation continues, and anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police.
